What To Expect At An MGD Camp
Every MGD camp follows a structured format designed to challenge goalies appropriately for their age and level, combining high-tempo on-ice development with modern off-ice performance training.
On the Ice
On the ice, goalies focus on technical refinement and edge control, positioning and depth management, rebound control and recovery habits, post integration, traffic reads, breakaways, and competitive game-realistic repetitions. Sessions are delivered in small groups to maintain high coaching ratios and ensure individual feedback.
Off the Ice
We develop the athletic and cognitive side of performance through reaction and tracking drills, agility and movement mechanics, visual awareness and decision-making exercises. These sessions are designed to improve processing speed, coordination, and confidence.
